SCW means Seabee Combat Warfare. I am now a Seabee Combat Warfare Officer. Before, when you guys saw me in Pensacola, and I had a similiar device on my chest, (refer to your own graduation photos) I was a Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist, which is a, enlisted designation. I've gone gold. (That's the only visual differnce between the two. And on the utility uniform, there is none.)
